Our purpose is to change that and educate South Africans on the importance of having a will and assist them in having one created by legal professionals for FREE.
A legal will shall provide peace of mind and ensure that their estate is divided in accordance with their wishes, with legal fees and other costs factored in.
The process to arrange for a FREE will to be drafted is straightforward and stress-free:
- Initial Contact:
Phone me, message me on WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger, or email me and I shall have Sanlam Legacy call you to arrange an appointment with the Testamentary Consultant.
- Consultation:
The Consultant will visit you, gather all the information needed and then draft your will.
Your will will be sent to you to print and have signed.
You can send a copy to Sanlam Legacy to store it for you, also for FREE.
